Pros

Good learning,stress free

Cons

No payslips,no offer letter..Everything happens by word which cannot be trusted..Make sure to read the offer letter, terms and conditions of the offer and the contract signed and keep copies of the same. The employee has to run behind the employer for salary after resignation.....they do not give the offer letter unless demanded ..Management takes no responsibility for the welfare of employees though they pretend to do so when they need u ..

Pros

The strategies and course content are great. Jealous of these students! All the materials are already provided to the instructors and you have the flexibility to bid for courses that fit your schedule. Very supportive admin team.

Cons

Wouldn't rely on this as main income as schedules/course biddings are not guaranteed. But I have never bid with full schedule availability so I can't say for sure.
