Pros

The best thing about working here is that they pay their employees on time. In addition, most of the people that work there are generally nice people.

Cons

The biggest problem here is the people at the top. Having to report everything that you do constantly is just a huge time drain, especially since most of what you suggest or write gets seemingly ignored anyways. While the majority of the work was done in the Samseung office, everything had to be reported back to the head office in Apgujeong. This back and forth was just simply inefficient.

Pros

The strategies and course content are great. Jealous of these students! All the materials are already provided to the instructors and you have the flexibility to bid for courses that fit your schedule. Very supportive admin team.

Cons

Wouldn't rely on this as main income as schedules/course biddings are not guaranteed. But I have never bid with full schedule availability so I can't say for sure.
