Pros

I worked at TPR for over 8 years. My colleagues were wonderful, many even are still friends years after I left. The tutors I worked with truly care about their students.

Cons

Literally everything else. Pay is awful. Male colleagues got paid more than female colleagues in my office and nothing was done about this despite it being flagged to management. Senior management is incredibly toxic, with the attitude if people want to progress in their career "they're welcome to do so elsewhere". Ownership changes every few years and has been steadily downhill. They do nothing to invest in employee growth or satisfaction. Absolutely do not work here unless you have no other option.

Pros

The strategies and course content are great. Jealous of these students! All the materials are already provided to the instructors and you have the flexibility to bid for courses that fit your schedule. Very supportive admin team.

Cons

Wouldn't rely on this as main income as schedules/course biddings are not guaranteed. But I have never bid with full schedule availability so I can't say for sure.
