Pros

Working at IAC has a been a treat. Great building, snacks, and perks. They try to keep you happy.

Cons

The commute can be an obstacle. Senior management has changed twice since I started. With the merger/acquisition many people were let go. Moral is low. Especially in departments like Finance, moral is very low and turn over is high. The Princeton Review, while having a strong brand, is rather bland and faceless as a company/culture. You would be hard pressed to find a reason to work here over another better equipped tech company. Company performance since the M&A has sagged and flatlined in several key markets. Online is performing well but not enough to keep the company a float. This is speculation, but perhaps the exiting executives could see the writing on the wall. The company(s) did not turn around as expected and failed to meet performance requirements.

Pros

The strategies and course content are great. Jealous of these students! All the materials are already provided to the instructors and you have the flexibility to bid for courses that fit your schedule. Very supportive admin team.

Cons

Wouldn't rely on this as main income as schedules/course biddings are not guaranteed. But I have never bid with full schedule availability so I can't say for sure.
