Pros
Its hard to say what are pros.While hiring they really know how to talk,that is the only Best thing of the company.
Cons
They threat you.There are two fools at senior most level who do not know what is the direction they are going.Totally useless environment.They do not have any projects ,they hire you to market your profile to different clients.No support once your project is done.Its almost fake!!Beware of it!!
