Management is rude arrogant and has total disregard for its employees.The employees are not even spoken to professionally and are treated like second grade citizens.You are being promised hell lot of things while you are getting hired,the reality is stark opposite.This is a complete body shopping company,they hardly get any real projects. The management only wants to make profit out of you. The company is managed by a dictator who treats you like crap and screams at you in the most unprofessional and inhuman way.The upper management micro manages to the minutest level even asking you the minutes you were away from your screen. Join this if you want to part ways with your dignity because that's how you will be treated
