Pros

Weekends off and holidays off.

Cons

I worked here when it was Advantage/Advantage Solutions/Retail Odyssey. I had a wonderful KFM that went to bat for the reps in her district (far and few between). This company has no communication. False promises, poor pay, no raises, no vacation accumulation. The KFM's are uneducated and show favoritism. They hire anyone they can find and start them out at the same pay and even higher pay as someone who has worked for years doing the same job.

Pros

The hours! The shifts! The company and coworkers that are now your family! They're understanding, and by your side even after years of not being around.

Cons

None really. They have even integrated an AI software to help our work be tip top.

Pros

Have more knowledge of Grocery stores.

Cons

* Hired as a Full Time Traveling Retail Merchandiser, then unbeknownst to me, they changed my Title to Part Time. Why? I showed them my Onboarding Papers that clearly stated "Full Time" They NEVER changed it back. * You travel all over the state of Az, and you're suppose to get reimbursed a percent of how ever much you spent on gas. I went all over, from Phoenix, to Tucson to Vistancia and so on. I NEVER, NOT EVEN ONCE, got reimbursed for gas. * There is NEVER a Boss or Supervisor on job sites. There is 1 Leader in charge for that 1 particular job. You NEVER get training or even shown what to do. When you 1st start, you are so lost. No one, especially old timers, will NOT help you. Why should they, they not Boss. You literally learn by watching. I worked there about 6 months, I saw, met and talked face to face with The Boss ..ONCE. * You start around 9PM, til about 5 in the morning. After meeting, talking and working with your team, it seems that most employees are ex cons, or recovering addicts or just got out of jail. That's not really a bad thing, but some are a little scary. * Once I deposited my paycheck in my acct, instead of just cashing it like normal. 2 days later, they reversed the deposit, withdrew and took paycheck back. Why? I fought them, I fought the bank but I NEVER got it back.
