Not a place for the weak

Pros

If you can get a full-time position you get great benefits. This job gives you a good since of worth.

Cons

No benefits for part-time, but most weeks your working full-time hours. We do the hard work for just a paycheck you can only pay one or two of your bills then your broke for the rest of the two weeks. Our Krogers discount was taken away as well. The job isn't flexible at all like they said. We aren't allowed to work nights anymore. Nor are we allowed to work any holidays and we don't get the standard overtime pay ( time and a half ).

Pros

Awesome co-workers and supervisor. They helped me in my position. Very hands on work that makes the day go by fast.

Cons

Company doesn’t treat its employees the best. Don’t offer any benefits nor good pay for the work. I also had no training moving from a reset merchandiser to a team lead. Very much just thrown into it hoping I can figure it out. Company also forgets to mention a “blackout” season during the Holidays where there is no work to be done.

Not one pro to this job

Cons

Worked like dogs with VERY little pay. The company NEVER gives raises. Favoritism over good workers. Amount of hours worked not consistent from week to week. Very little to no work from before Thanksgiving to the first of the year. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.
