Pros
Laidback, no weekends or nights. Easy work
Cons
Pay isn’t worth all the driving to different stores throughout the week, sometimes in same day if work is light. Hours fluctuate very often hard to manage pay living check to check bc one week you might get about a full 4 days w/40 hours and the next week can be working only one day for the week. You’re basically off from November-January unpaid so you’d have to find other work in between. Leads are not the best. My lead was friends with the rest of the team. Shed lie on the hours and give them a full 8 hours while me and other coworker only get 5 hours or whatever it is when the work was short. Kroger employees are very rude to us and RO and Kroger are almost never on the same page. We get told by our supervisors one thing and Kroger says or does differently. No benefits. This is a job for somebody that just needs extra cash i wouldnt Recommend depending on this job for living oh and there are no raises. I’ve been here almost a year and nothing. Not even hazard pay for working through a pandemic. Only got $1 more for like 5 weeks but that’s nothing when you’re only working 20 hours a week.
