Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

My first day on the job I got there and the person who was suppose to train me was 15 minutes late. I saw my manager for about 10 minutes, he just came to the store to leave me a training binder. I didn't have access to the Walmart point of sale system or the T-ROC WARP system, so on my first day I just spent it working on the binder which I had to be doing with my manager who was only there to drop it off. On my second day the person who was training me didn't show up, after 20 minutes I got a text from my manager saying that she had an issue and wasn't coming in until 3pm. He sent my my T-ROC WARP info and said I need to meet with Walmart management to get my point of sale info. So my manager left me by myself with no training to work the cellular department I was pretty annoyed about it. He should of been there with me to help me since it was only my 2nd day or he should of sent me to a different store so i could continue my training.
