Pros

Commission check recorded as income instead of bonus, so it isn’t taxed at a higher rate.

Cons

Expected to make sales goals without getting any hours. Sales goals were close to the sale as full-time employees who actually got hours.

Pros

This is the first job where I've not been able to find one pro. Just don't do it.

Cons

You're dealing more with Walmart management and upset customers because they can't find a Walmart employee. You're expected to help all Walmart customers and attempt to transition the conversion to a wireless one as you're helping them. If anyone walks up to you wanting contract phones then it's probably fraud. They don't coach up, they coach out.
