You’re treated like a person, not just a role. The culture here is one of support, collaboration, and mutual respect. People genuinely want to see each other succeed, and it shows in how we work together. There’s a strong sense of teamwork, and you always feel like your contributions matter. It’s always interesting to see bitter reviews that don’t reflect the real day-to-day here. Funny how some people confuse being held accountable with being treated unfairly.
