You’re treated like a person, not just a role. The culture here is one of support, collaboration, and mutual respect. People genuinely want to see each other succeed, and it shows in how we work together. There’s a strong sense of teamwork, and you always feel like your contributions matter. It’s always interesting to see bitter reviews that don’t reflect the real day-to-day here. Funny how some people confuse being held accountable with being treated unfairly. Yes, we’re expected to show up, do quality work, and be part of a team, that’s called having a job. The rest of us who actually value respect, support, and personal growth?
