Pros

-Restaurant closes early. -Menu is full of delicious food

Cons

-Restaurant has no training program for new team members. -Lack of Support for new team members and management -No home store. Managers are relocated to other stores with little advance notice, nor given information as to why. -No direct Deposit -No dental coverage -Employee discount is extremely small. (Even for managers)

The pay is very competitive, and the location is in a nice area.

Cons

It can seem pretty "corporate" at times, with managers always looking over your shoulder and with strict rules to follow.
