It can seem pretty "corporate" at times, with managers always looking over your shoulder and with strict rules to follow.

Reminded me there's more to this life by forcing me to learn how to disassociate.

Cons

They were got altering hours and making unrealistic demands of staff despite shift-limitations. Corporate would come in and suck the life out of the place and be rude to hard-working employees. Lots of gossip, pointing fingers, generally exhausting environment.
