co-workers are awesome. pay is okay.

Cons

the nurse-patient ratio is very high staff turnover rate from the Director of nursing down frequent turnover rates. poor communication to no communication from admin to staff poor patient conditions.

Grossly disorganized. Poor teamwork with discharges. Dayshift nurses overwhelmed with patient numbers and documentation requirements.
