great teamwork between coworkers, mental healthcare is challenging but rewarding

poor staffing. management works from the top down and doesn't listen to staff about what will work best on units.

Nice facility, clean and well maintained

Grossly disorganized. Poor teamwork with discharges. Dayshift nurses overwhelmed with patient numbers and documentation requirements.
