Co workers are wonderful here.

Cons

There’s not enough room in this space. But a brief summary: staffing ratios are awful, only time it’s run appropriately is when they are expecting an inspection. They don’t care about staff safety or patient safety. You will do the job of 3 people and get paid less than a fast food worker.

Nice facility, clean and well maintained

Cons

Grossly disorganized. Poor teamwork with discharges. Dayshift nurses overwhelmed with patient numbers and documentation requirements.
