Pros

Dogs Outside facility, which is rare out here. Supposed to keep tips if you groom

Cons

Turnover rate is high, I stopped learning coworkers names unless they stayed longer than a month. Didn't have a social life since my schedule would never stay similar. Low pay, the biggest complaint I ever heard there considering they dance on Animal Control rules and stuff animals on the property as much as possible. I was asked how many animals we take in on rainy days since we are inside and no one would give me a straight answer. Training is so lax you barely get any, then are written up for not knowing better or pulled into the owner's office to be berated for literally hours. Building is slowly being repaired but I suffered most my job injuries by faulty equipment like broken gates, sharp corners of plastic or heavy items on high shelves. Very old school thinking on how employees should be treated. Being sick or having a sudden family emergency came up labelled you as unprofessional and irresponsible. Running your staff to being dead on their feet yet still saying they dont work hard. You can never win with them, don't bother arguing even if you are right.

Rude and disrespectful owners. Lies to employees and customers. You get minimal to no training. Missed and shortened meals/breaks.
