Pros
The dogs are really sweet.
Cons
Where to start. I started as a daycare assistant and was put into a yard with over 50 dogs on my first day with no training. I had no idea where anything was, what their policy on handling fights or emergencies is, or who my managers were. They didn't have me sign-on or offer any kind of orientation until 5 days after working there. They only want to make money so they will approve aggressive dogs who should not be in daycare. I was bitten by a pit bull on my third day of work. I was told this dog caused several fights and yet she was still allowed back. I have years of experience working with dogs and have never been asked to be aggressive with them until working here. Dogs are yanked at, shoved around, hit until they yelp. Dogs get attacked and the owners aren't notified unless the fight left visible wounds. Fights happened weekly. I have never worked anywhere so unethical and disorganized. I would only advise working here if you don't actually care about dogs, and are okay with hitting them in order to control them. Yes, management actually told me to be rougher. They have one person watching up to 80ish small dogs. It is impossible and depressing. This place is a nightmare and really should not even be in business.
