Short-staffed - Anonymous employee The Wags Club Employee Review

This place is short-staffed that we have to cover for the other employees' shifts which results to us having no off days. It's tiring and prevents us from enjoying our life and having a work-life balance. I hope the management would work twice as hard in hiring more employees to help with the duties and lessen overtime work for current employees.
