Pros
Only a good place to work if you're a white middle aged man in an exec role, otherwise everyone else is miserable.
Cons
Constantly shifting priorities and internal restructuring. I had a different manager and job title every 6 months over the course of a few years. Workplace culture is terrible and they think you can boost morale with pizza parties instead of adequate pay and treating people with respect. I left of my own accord, but I watched them fire my corporate coworkers repeatedly and often without notice. How do you go from a normal performance review to being fired in just a few months with no egregious errors and no attempt at a performance improvement plan MULTIPLE TIMES? Their turnover speaks for itself. How does a 100 person company lose employees every month? Their profit margins are very high but don't expect to benefit unless you are an EVP. CONSTANT health and safety violations in their stores. An internal study they did showed that they don't promote women or minorities, so if you are either, beware. You will likely stay in the same position forever with no room for growth. I was inspired to post this after seeing they won a great place to work award. This is literally the worst place I've ever worked, and I once had a boss who used to throw his mail at my head and punch my cubicle wall when he was frustrated (that place also won a great place to work award, proving it's absolutely meaningless FYI). I literally took a paycut just to get out of that toxic environment and it's been such a relief.
