Business Outlook
Pros
Good experience and exposure to company operations, structures, and processes. When it comes to operations and how things work the company is super transparent. you can basically go into the records and read up on things we well as approach other departments and shadow them.
Cons
Not a very stable position, like a revolving door. Everyone seems to be out for themselves which is sad especially since the company prides itself on "family values." You learn a lot but always seems like you need to watch your back. You are forced to network and be everyone's friend/buddy because the culture is such but its like highschool people turn on each other so quick to keep themselves afloat
