Pros
It HAD culture and co workers were like family. Charity work was always a top priority
Cons
I was there in the “good days” when the company was thriving and progression was still a big part of the job and before HR became corrupt. Being in HR I saw first hand the backstabbing and petty things that happened in that department towards the end of my employment. There were serious allegations that were brought against a C Level manager and it was pushed under the rug but had a full on external investigation over an email that wasn’t even clear on any wrongdoing. Then the offer…most of HR didn’t even know it was coming, only a few knew who went behind everyone’s back and forced them out. I could go on for days but I won’t. Just know they will throw you out on the street even after you put everything you had into your job
