Pros

I worked with some of the kindest people, got a discount, and participated in company paid team building events.

Cons

The companywide culture isn't genuine. You will only be promoted if you fit into this personality category that they want to be displayed to the public. Despite every supervisor who suggested that I apply for various positions, I did not get any of them because I did not know the hiring managers for the positions I was applying for.

Pros

In the beginning of my time at the company, there were so many positives. I struggle to find a single one, now.

Cons

Everyone from old Zappos quit or was forced out and replaced by people who have clearly never had a job before, yet get paid way more than I do. Leadership is scarily terrible. I went to HR on leadership many times but they didn’t care and told me I was the problem for enjoying the “old Zappos”. I am not allowed to list specific names in my review or else “new Zappos” remove it, but do not join marketing for LACK of experienced, smart, and kind hearted leadership.
