Pros

The people who work at ThedaCare are incredible. I loved all of my co-workers and everyone helped out others.

Cons

They say they have a no layoff policy but do not believe them. They are laying off entire departments and treating the individuals horribly in the process. They may say that it is " career transitions" but when you were previously in a management role and they have nothing available they say we have a job on the floor and you will have to take a cut in pay and benefits but isn't that better than no job at all.

It felt like every day I would do something positive to help someone

Cons

This has to be the most toxic place I have ever had the dissatisfaction of working for. The current administration is incapable of running that facility. Most of the departments are run by outside companies, how much do you think they are invested in the employees? HR has a revolving door and seems to have a new person running the department every other month, the help is nonexistent. This is a gaslighting cutthroat environment with absolutely no support for those trying to improve there surroundings.
