Pros
Theda is very good at hiring bright and professional people. Co-workers are fantastic.
Cons
Out of touch leadership especially in homecare. Management is unreliable, unsupportive and will change your workflow without imput from employee. I feel unappreciated and used up. Burn out is a very real problem.
