Pros
Vacation accrual. A few remaining co-workers. New buildings. New logo.
Cons
Leadership was blind to staff shortages, would not add FTE to meet patient needs, worked every shift-every day without enough staff. Work culture was loaded with distrust on all levels-HR, VP, Senior VP, Executive leadership-all are afraid of new CEO and staff he has brought with him.
