Great team and double time

Pay is lower, staffing is limited.

It felt like every day I would do something positive to help someone

This has to be the most toxic place I have ever had the dissatisfaction of working for. The current administration is incapable of running that facility. Most of the departments are run by outside companies, how much do you think they are invested in the employees? HR has a revolving door and seems to have a new person running the department every other month, the help is nonexistent. This is a gaslighting cutthroat environment with absolutely no support for those trying to improve there surroundings.
