-Every department seems to be struggling to function. This is obvious right from the start with HR. -Onboarding is a nightmare for most new employees. -Turnover is so high that very few experienced employees left. Being they are hiring so frequently you would think they would have the training process well laid out. This is not the case. Many staff are not fully trained when they are left alone to run units. They are setting new employees to fail. -Staff to patient ratios are unsafe.
