Had some nice co-workers, cohort program offered is a nice way to meet other PTs.
Cons
Management/directors are not held or accountable to standards of the company. The company and its values, mission, etc. all mean well, but if leadership is not meeting or setting those standards, how do you expect employees and staff to do the same? These values include: Compassion - when leads do not communicate with their patient OR their employees, compassion cannot be seen or experienced. When your lead guilts you into coming in even when you're sick or injured, that is not compassion. Learning - when you have oppoturnities for learning taken away due to planned time off, that is not supportive of learning. Driven to do the right thing - just because you can, does not mean you should if that is not what was done during the session.
