Pros

I have worked at Therapy and Beyond for over 15 years. The organization has provided me with growth opportunities and mentorship. I feel so privileged to work at an organization that prides itself on great treatment all the way to the top of the house led by our amazing founder Dr. Regina Crone! Professionally I have been in many different positions within the organization from RBT, to Program Supervisor, to Clinical Director. It has been a joy and a pleasure to get to work with such an amazing team of professionals. One of my favorite things about Therapy and Beyond is its willingness to assess its strengths and weaknesses and always strive to do better for staff and for patients. I am so grateful to have found an amazing organization that allows and promotes every individual's growth. Finding a forever work home is difficult but if you look hard enough it's out there!

Cons

Therapy and Beyond strive's for excellence in every area from patient support to staff morale and culture! The only downside to Therapy and Beyond is that you have to be ready to grow and commit to an amazing team of people all focused on the same goal, helping kids.

Pros

- Access to Dr. Crone and Treatment leadership collaboration is readily available. BCBAs don't live on an island. -Eagerness to support patient/family needs to impact progress with skill acquisition and successful transitions to school/vocational environments. -Expressed values (We put patients first, we are better together, we make therapy fun, and above all we grow potential) are applied versus only vocalized. I love working with a team of individuals that really do care and will do whatever we can to make good choices for patients and staff. -Significant efforts are in motion to nurture and foster RBTs and BCBAs with ability to have the best of both worlds (happy work and personal lives). -We have VERY talented, fun, and committed staff.

Cons

-Not a con... but happiness/success in this field typically requires open-minded motivation to learn and ability to adapt to changes in treatment needs with flexibility.

Pros

High base salaries. Ample opportunities for NET.

Cons

-Virtually absent structured onboarding for BCBAs. -Inadequate systems and software for programming and data analysis. -No regular off the floor training for RBTs, client team trainings are one and done in 30 minutes after operations (not CD) approval. -Clinical recommendations and overall BCBA expertise is negligible in value to the organization. -Sweeping changes repeatedly occur that affect treatment without consulting or collaborating with BCBAs. -Condescending micromanagement and inflexibility with schedule, no work from home. -Non responsive HR
