Pros

Staff on the floor are great. Everyone works as a team when they can to help things run as smoothly as possible.

Cons

Constant change. Its hard to keep up with current procedures because the corporate office makes huge decisions spontaneously.

Pros

This team is truly a family. Leadership genuinely cares about the well-being and mental health of their employees and the environment is fun and inviting.

Cons

As there are a lot of moving parts to scheduling sessions, sometimes an employee's schedule may be somewhat inconsistent.
