Pros

Other than leaving this place and meeting some lovely co workers. This ace wasn't it.

Cons

Do not bring your kids here and don't waste your time interviewing here for a position. I started in July and am already leaving now in September. I was hired as a full time RBT but have never once gotten full time hours. The BCBAs do not give any support since they're stuck in their office doing reports. When they do come in for supervision, all they do is sit on their computer. ALL the patient's BIPs are the same. Programming is not relevant, or individualized. Several people have gotten injured either due to clients or the many holes that are outside in the playground. Facilities comes by and does their best but ends up putting up pictures instead of actually fixing the building. The building is also still under construction despite not even being worked on. I brought up my many concerns to HR and they said "we're working on it". When i was told to advocate for myself by the operations director to ask for more hours, i was told in return "you have too many clients already". Several people have had to work on their lunches because there's no admin time but they dont want to pay you for that time. The BCBAs are always stuck in their office which means there's no time for them make any materials. Not to mention that you do not get sick time. TLDR: Do not come this company. It's horrible.

Pros

- Access to Dr. Crone and Treatment leadership collaboration is readily available. BCBAs don't live on an island. -Eagerness to support patient/family needs to impact progress with skill acquisition and successful transitions to school/vocational environments. -Expressed values (We put patients first, we are better together, we make therapy fun, and above all we grow potential) are applied versus only vocalized. I love working with a team of individuals that really do care and will do whatever we can to make good choices for patients and staff. -Significant efforts are in motion to nurture and foster RBTs and BCBAs with ability to have the best of both worlds (happy work and personal lives). -We have VERY talented, fun, and committed staff.

Cons

-Not a con... but happiness/success in this field typically requires open-minded motivation to learn and ability to adapt to changes in treatment needs with flexibility.

Pros

High base salaries. Ample opportunities for NET.

Cons

-Virtually absent structured onboarding for BCBAs. -Inadequate systems and software for programming and data analysis. -No regular off the floor training for RBTs, client team trainings are one and done in 30 minutes after operations (not CD) approval. -Clinical recommendations and overall BCBA expertise is negligible in value to the organization. -Sweeping changes repeatedly occur that affect treatment without consulting or collaborating with BCBAs. -Condescending micromanagement and inflexibility with schedule, no work from home. -Non responsive HR
