Pros

Provided lunch, decent entry-level into the industry, the struggle will make you stronger.

Cons

While the CEO is smart and has positioned himself well in the company, the culture below him is often tragic at best. Upper and middle-level management serve only to make the CEO happy, often agreeing and promoting ludicrous product and campaigns in order to make the CEO feel like he's doing a great job. Product design is kept completely separate from most employees, turnover rate in almost all countries is extremely high, very low pay (under half of industry wage), HQ constantly screws over business units by adjusting prices without warning and refusing to help - the Tt world serves to make its HQ look good, rather than the HQ helping its company grow. Product launches are a messy nightmare, with divisions often not knowing of a product's existence until the poorly-worded and badly formatted press release is emailed out. Tt is showing some growth globally but needs a serious shake up should it want to be considered on a level playing field with other companies.
