Pros
- Somewhat relaxed work environment that isn't as rigid as other small businesses - Free lunch provided but its not stellar
Cons
- A single individual there makes trouble for everyone, and management refuses or doesn't have the power to fire him/her. He/She consistently gets in peoples way by withholding information, refusing to meet deadlines and generally has an unpleasant disposition. - Management doesn't understand basic localization, they operate more like a Taiwanese company than an American one. Which causes a lot of trouble with HR and internal relationships. Also marketing and sales suffer because tactics that would work for their headquarters do not translate to the US. - Nothing that is promised actually matters, if you don't get an agreement on paper consider it lost. Management and HR either actively try to get away with a lot when it comes to your pay and benefits or they are just horrible at their jobs. My concern would be if they are actively working against their employees.
