The model that you must teach from is not child focused and creates a very difficult to thrive in environment. There is an extremely high turnover rate I was there for 2 months and watched around 15 people come and go. The children and staff are like are talked down to and treated with minimum respect from the principal, assistant principal, and CEOs. Teachers must work the before and after program that's a big piece of where the large salary comes in. You have to work a lot of extra hours so it becomes a wash.
