The CEO knows our business and cares about people and engagement. The leadership team seems to really care about the company and the people. The owners seem to also care about the company and try to keep connected by attending our Annual Meetings. The company encourages personal and career development and there seems to be a lot of opportunity to grow here as long as you are committed to doing a solid job. Most of my team mates are dedicated to doing a good job and seem to really enjoy what they do.
