Pros

I like my coworkers aside from the management. It can be fun to interact with patients. 1 free meal a day.

Cons

Management doesn't care Pay is minimum despite needing a bunch of extra knowledge and risking your health by being around sick people and going into covid positive patients rooms. The attitude at CMMC is basically "this is the way it is and there's the door if you don't like it." Management is disorganized and treat you like a child. They constantly changing things to make them more tedious and challenging. They act like you mean nothing. They don't listen to concerns or suggestions. You are shut down immediately and told to find another job. It's really messed up. Also 3 sick days and 3 vacation days a year is a joke. All in all a joke of a company. The turnover rate for unit hosts is INSANE. Nobody wants to do a challenging and dangerous job for min wage. Id say about 20% of our unit Host staff quits every month. It's a never ending cycle of hiring and training and quiting. It's almost sad every week to hear "oh this is it we're gonna be fully staffed now." Only to have 3-4 people quit within a couple weeks. It will only get worse. They never worry about you or how you might be feeling. Schedule is never set. They're constantly changing it and jerking you around. Guilting you into double shifts and not being flexible when they said they would be in the interview. They threatened to fire my friend cause he has a second job and can't work nights. And we're short staffed. Why fire someone who you can just keep on mornings?? Why does someone have to work both shifts and mess up their sleep schedule?I feel extremely disrespected by this company and every single one of my co-workers does as well. STAY AWAY.

We appreciate your candor and review of our organization. Unfortunately, COVID-19 has presented many challenges in all of our business segments and we have struggled during the very fluid and changing environment to react to staff shortages, quarantining, and constantly evolving safety measures. Our organization will investigate your concerns noted in your review of Thomas Cuisine and respond accordingly.

Management is inept & inexperienced.

Pros

Are you an alcoholic? That likes to leave early. In the middle of the day everyday while loudly proclaiming to every single person around that you're going to get drunk at noon? Join here. Are you a team player? That likes to help others, Even though they will routinely decline to help you. Do you like slacking off and coming into work With premeditated reasons why you can't finish your job to completion? Then this is the place for you. Management will just ask someone who actually does their job to handle what you can't. Do you do your job well and to 100% completion every day? While managing your time and production so that you have more down time than less. Then this company isn't for you. Because they'll just ask you to carry the burden that someone else couldn't due to the fact that they don't manage their time well.

Cons

Corporate management is a joke. Management team is entirely new to management as such they clearly have taken no personal or professional development coursework to figure out how to properly handle conflict resolution and bad employees. Management will allow toxic personalities to continue existing in the environment under the premise of not being able to make the hard decisions. If you have experience in actual environments where you're held accountable and do your job to completion, Then this company is not for you. Management supervisors Are hand-picked based on a personal relationship bases not on resume, Merit or consistency. They would 100% prefer. To keep a nasty energy slacker operating at 70% whom they have enjoyed for upwards of five years That has shown no real signs of progression Or increased responsibility. Then to embrace someone new who has a clue but actually has a valid opinion that differs from their soft stance one. Also their food sucks and they know it. Despite the fact that the entire menu is supposed to be handpicked and perfect for execution. They will in one breath tell you To make the changes you need to make to make the menu palatable and acceptable. And in the same breath tell you not to make any changes and just produce the garbage that was handpicked by some clueless corporate goon.

Pros

Theirs none but it wants me to enter atleast 5 words. There.

Cons

Me and a bunch of my coworkers didn’t get paid right like we’re supposed to and they don’t do morning about it. Ask hr and she just goes it’s not her deal and passes it on to corporate. Someone need to pay attention to the employees running the business cuz they say they care but they don’t do nothing to fix the problem. They didn’t even pay us minimum wage after January 1st. They suck and we are all tired of being lied to.
