Thomas cuisine is a great company, but the people they hired to manage other communities are the reason the company is corrupted. Some of the district managers and culinary specialists are ruthless, they show no respect, they treat the staffs like they are nobody. When they come to visit the community the don’t even say Hi to the staffs, specially with a pandemic going around it’s not the time to be mean to people who’s helping you to keep you in business. You can be the hardest person working in the community, if they don’t like you or how you look they will do anything in their power to get you fired and replace you with their unqualified friends. Upper managements need to do something about this. Upper management believe their lies. All the managers are friends so there’s nobody you can report anything to because it goes back to the other person then you get punished for voicing your concerns. One day the truth will come out. So be aware if you’re planning on working for Thomas cuisine.
