Cat dealer, somewhat helpful access to Cat, access to parts, update training, nice people, an ok start to the mechanic field.

Cons

Won't pay you what you are worth. Benefits are lacking, not vision or dental. Out dated technology. Management plays favorites.

Overtime every single week which is not a bad thing but can be exhausting. independent work Learning Trade PTO from start date

Cons

again the forced overtime is not necessarily a bad thing but is exhausting to do every week with no way to not work OT no room for pay raises Management does not like criticism and takes it personally when half the shop says they have to do side work on top of working to get their bills paid, they will get disrespectful about it too.
