Horrible Management - MHT Three Rivers Behavioral Health Employee Review

Pros

I enjoyed working with patients, and the flexibility of scheduling was good.

Cons

Three Rivers Behavioral Health is an unprofessional facility, and there is little to no diversity. Management is horrible, and often times ask you to do tasks outside of your scope of practice that they have not offered nor provided training for. Some of the nurses are nice, but the older nurses along with the nurse managers take advantage of the MHTs, and do not have good work ethic. There is plenty of favoritism that is present, and all of management are friends. The lady in payroll is rude along with those in HR. Some of the patients are not cared for properly much of the time, and as someone else mentioned the overall culture is horrible. I have also noticed the people of color get treated differently by management versus others, and managers do not value patient's cultures. It is a shame and saddening that a "professional" business especially a hospital is stuck back in time. I have seen it all!

Pros

Flexible schedule, community engagement, salary

High expectations with little direction. Other rep/reps are shallow and unkind to the community they serve. Judgmental and toxic environment. They frequently break EMTALA law to benefit their profit.
