In fact, science is at the core of Thrive — the foundation of our product, curriculum, Microsteps, and more. Our science-backed, data-driven approach to behavior change is central to the value we bring to customers. As all Thrive employees know, we’re constantly having conversations about how we can incorporate the latest science — from neuroscience and habit formation to cognitive nutrition and sleep — to enhance our products and have a measurable impact on people’s lives. There are too many examples to list, but to name a few: We created a science-backed mental health curriculum "Thriving Mind" in partnership with Stanford Medicine featuring pioneering neuroscience, published a book in March 2021, “Your Time to Thrive: End Burnout, Increase Well-being, and Unlock Your Full Potential with the New Science of Microsteps"; launched a new cognitive nutrition curriculum fully based on science, and have full support and guidance from our Scientific Advisory Board.
And we are proud that our product has been adopted by employees at more than 125 organizations in over 140 countries.
