Pros
I joined Thrive's sales team right before the pandemic (which is a tough time to start a new job). I was nervous about onboarding remotely but because of Thrive's entry interview, I was able to ask for the flexibility I need on certain days, and it's been no problem for my team to accommodate. The Thrive product itself is more relevant now than ever. My sense of personal purpose has improved because I actually believe in the technology we're building and love seeing the impact it has in the lives of our customers. The people I'm working with are talented and brilliant, and I like that the team is given the time and resources to "drink our own champagne." If you're considering joining Thrive, ask whoever you're connecting with about Thrive Time and Giving Days, as those are 2 of my favorite perks for Thrivers.
Cons
I am thrilled to be part of the team, keep up the good work! I'd love more opportunities for remote workers to travel to the offices and meet other Thrivers in real life.
