Pros

The people are amazing, work from policy and you will definitely learn at an accelerated pace!

Cons

The cons outweigh the pros by far: - SUPER TOXIC culture - environment of constant stress and burn out (oh the irony) - high turnover, people constantly leave without having another job. This is just a nightmare for the continuity of the business. Information gets lost etc. - I don’t feel like Arianna actually cares about the well being of her employees. It’s all about the optics and building her own personal brand. - the financial health of the organization is questionable - Arianna/leadership do not trust their employees to do their job.

Pros

Working at Thrive Global has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my career. I’ve had the opportunity to work cross-functionally with smart, passionate teams who care deeply about both business performance and human well-being. There’s a strong focus on innovation, especially around using AI to democratize access to behavior change and expert-level coaching, which makes the work feel cutting-edge and meaningful. Thrive strikes a rare balance: we move fast and iterate constantly, but we also respect boundaries, recovery, and taking time to reset. That makes this a sustainable place to do ambitious work — a rarity in the startup and health tech worlds.

Cons

As with any fast-growing company, priorities shift quickly. This environment is best suited for self-starters who are energized by building things from the ground up and don’t need rigid structure to thrive.

Pros

Benefits are great, pay is above average

Cons

Absolute worst company I have every worked for. Nepotism is high, environment follows high-school politics. Instead of focusing on the product (which changes every 6 months) the focus is on the CEO and her needs as an individual. Micro-management to the Nth degree, they employ smart people and then wear them down with pettiness. Promotions are arbitrary and dependent on if your liked, not how well you perform.
