Pros
- The mission is great - Remote work - You'll meet some great people during your time at Thrive - the only issue is they tend to leave within the first year because they quickly realize they're unable to make the impact they want to with the people in place at the top.
Cons
- This is a media company trying to be a SaaS company but it isn't working. The leaders at the top are stubborn and unwilling to listen to people who know whats best for a SaaS startup. This will only ruin their chances to make this company successful. - One of the most siloed startups I've experienced - such a lack of collaboration across teams. - Beware of the nepotism. The CEO has a ton of connections (which is how Thrive has the Enterprise customers they do) but if you are not close with the CEO, you are unable to get anything done. Somehow many of the CEO’s close friends and family have found a seat at the leadership table at this company. - Thrive is unable to provide the ROI of their product because there is none.
