I’ve had the opportunity to work cross-functionally with smart, passionate teams who care deeply about both business performance and human well-being. There’s a strong focus on innovation, especially around using AI to democratize access to behavior change and expert-level coaching, which makes the work feel cutting-edge and meaningful. Thrive strikes a rare balance: we move fast and iterate constantly, but we also respect boundaries, recovery, and taking time to reset. That makes this a sustainable place to do ambitious work — a rarity in the startup and health tech worlds.

Benefits are great, pay is above average

Absolute worst company I have every worked for. Nepotism is high, environment follows high-school politics. Instead of focusing on the product (which changes every 6 months) the focus is on the CEO and her needs as an individual. Micro-management to the Nth degree, they employ smart people and then wear them down with pettiness. Promotions are arbitrary and dependent on if your liked, not how well you perform.
