If you enjoy solving complex operational challenges and creating structure in fast-moving environments, there is a lot to work on. There are also strong individual contributors and managers across the organization who are deeply committed to their teams and to improving execution quality.

Leadership expectations and structural decisions can sometimes feel inconsistent across different parts of the organization. Promotion paths and role definitions may evolve based on shifting strategic priorities, which can create uncertainty around how impact, leadership scope, and future trajectory are evaluated.
