Pros
ThrivePass is a special place. I'll try to keep with short and not too sappy. On company vision- The company has a strong north star. In a highly competitive and mature market ThrivePass is able to differentiate and beat out competition a magnitude larger than them. They are working on a SaaS offering as a benefits/HR generalist. It's what the market wants and it's working for them. On leadership- I have so many glowing things to say on leadership at ThrivePass. Truly an exceptional team. They are focused, visionary, and just good people. I worked with Andreas and Ryan closely and have high regard for both of them. They (and the extended leadership team) are taking ThrivePass to the moon. On culture- Good people. It's a fun, young place to work. People care about each other and are treated well. On opportunity- ThrivePass looks to grow their talent internally. They are good at promoting from within and encouraging lateral promotions where there is a good fit.
Cons
If you got to work for a startup you know what you are getting into - growing pains, ambiguity of responsibilities, strained resources, some serious hustle. That being said, the good far outweighs the bad at ThrivePass. None of their problems are unique to them; they have the same struggles as other small businesses.
