Management doesn't care about you. They were never around when you needed them and sometimes could not be found anywhere in the very small building. We were kept in constant fear of the CEO because he would call in and pretend to be a client to make sure we were following protocol. If you slipped up, we were told that he would fire us immediately, and were warned that he would ream us out in front of everyone if he caught us doing anything he didn't like. I was fired over the phone with absolutely no forewarning DURING THE COVID-19 CRISIS. The director called in the middle of my shift on Monday to let me go. I had never even had a performance review, so I was completely shocked. Just save yourself the heartache if you can, and if you can't, do NOT allow your numbers to drop. EVER. They will fire you with no warning, global crisis or no global crisis.
